Cure for stress – buy a new toy

Sometimes it’s just little things that can trigger a panic attack or just ‘get on top of you’.

And when it happens, I change my environment – do something different – or buy a new gizmo.

This time, I found some new (free) furniture on Facebook Buy Swap and Sell, went for a drive in the country – and then went shopping for a new sound recorder.

And a walk on the beach proved just the ticket to test the new gizmo – and clear the head.
