Uprooting main-street signage

Three years ago, CONTACT entered an ill-fated partnership with a certain national charity.

Three years later, they’ve buggered off – and I’m repossessing ‘my sign’ from the building.

There’s nothing dodgy going on here – I just wanted ‘my sign’ back as a souvenir of that chapter in my life.

Ironically, a ‘customer’ of that charity stopped by as we worked to remove ‘my sign’ and was bemused and bewildered by the fact ‘their sign’ is still prominent on the building on main-street Kiama, NSW, months after they left.
