Failure as a tiler

I’ve tiled a bathroom before – and it turned out quite good.

With that experience behind me, I had no doubts about my abilities to do it again.

I also had this notion that the bigger the tiles, the easier and quicker the job – because I’d be covering more ground with every tile.

But, it didn’t take long for confidence to turn sour.
