Making a fence-paling drill-press bench

My drill press is a heavy beast, so it needed a strong bench to stand it on.

Old-school hardwood fence palings seemed ideal, in a make-n-do kinda way – especially since I have so may of them hanging around.

This was a small, easy job, but quite satisfying.

And gave a big piece of equipment a new home – off my man-cave floor.
