ERS encompasses Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards for predominantly private-sector organisations in the UK who pledge, demonstrate or advocate support for defence and align their values with the Armed Forces Covenant.

Since launching in the UK in 2021, WithYouWithMe has gone to great lengths to empower the nation’s Armed Forces community, quickly establishing a broad range of programs to connect veterans and their families with meaningful careers.

In particular, the 15,000 Futures Initiative has seen resounding success driving employment outcomes for veterans with more than 100 individuals placed into new careers in the first six months.

The initiative has also garnered support from leading employers across the UK including Capita, Fujitsu, Northrop Grumman, Leonardo and Leidos who have pledged to hire ex-servicemen and women to fill their open digital roles.

Receiving the Gold Award in the ERS represents a remarkable milestone in WithYouWithMe’s UK journey, inspiring the organisation to further its efforts to provide the Armed Forces community with data-led insights, free training and second career opportunities.
