IGADF Afghanistan Inquiry press conference on Thursday

Chief of the Defence Force General Angus Campbell will front a press conference in Canberra on Thursday this week in relation to the findings from the Inspector-General of the Australian Defence Force Afghanistan Inquiry.

Media were notified this morning that they had until midday tomorrow to register interest in attending, with seats limited by COVID-19 restrictions.

As part of the invitation, media were told they should arrive at Russel Offices in Canberra at 9am on Thursday ‘for pre-reading of Inquiry documents’ – which would be under under strict embargo.

The press conference will begin at 11am Canberra time and fed live to the press gallery at Parliament House

It will also be live-streamed on the Defence Australia Facebook page.
