Heart-pumping start to ANZAC Day week

While recovering from heart surgery, even the smallest exertion can send my heart aflutter (not in a good way). But it is improving.

ANZAC Day was lovely – great weather and big crowds in Kiama, New South Wales.

I did, however, pay for the exertions later in the evening (but next day, as I post this, I’m feeling better than ever).

Please enjoy my little video. And if you have any feedback on whether or not you enjoy these personal vlogs, I’d love to hear from you – editor@militarycontact.com
