Riverfire from the pilot’s perspective

The Australian Defence Force has published some very cool behind-the-scenes footage of their involvement in this year’s Riverfire flypast.

ADF supported the Brisbane Festival’s annual Riverfire on Saturday 6 September 2025, highlighting local Royal Australian Air Force capabilities and personnel with flying displays.

First in line below is a full (9-minute), multi-pass cockpit view from inside the EA-18G Growler, followed by a glossily edited (1.40-minute) start-to-finish mission ‘flythrough’.
