Defence COVID-19 cases hit 30

“Defence is currently managing 30 confirmed cases in the locations illustrated above,” Defence updated at 1.30pm on 4 April 2020.

The latest case was added to the dot we assume represents the ACT.

This was the second update issued by Defence today, with the first added in Melbourne.

Approximately 1200 Australian Defence Force personnel are currently deployed as part of Operation COVID-19 Assist, supporting state and territory police forces enforce quarantine and self-isolation directions, supporting state and territory police at various border crossings, manning contact-tracing switchboards as well as in planning and logistics support.
